Chris GerardIt was a good introduction to email subject line tactics. It stayed quite focused. The speaker definitely knew what he was talking about. Minor tweak--the use of the PowerPoint could have been more effective. Lots of text crammed onto each slide with a simple black on white. Overall great though!
