Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend. Just wanted to make a couple of quick announcements.

This month, our July Marketing meetup will be on a Thursday night (July 22nd) instead of the regular Tuesday nights that we've been accustomed to having it. One reason is because this month, we will be having the Knoxville Marketing Meetup at the Gander Mountain conference room.

David Dutton, internet entrepreneur, speaker and author of the book Internet Empires will be our key speaker for this month's Meetup.

David joined us last year in July as a speaker and we had a big turnout so I'm expecting the same this month.

David is commonly known as the "Most Connected Man on the Internet", because of the joint venture relationships he's established with big name marketing gurus like Willie Crawford, Ryan Lee, Eban Pagan, and Kristi Frank of the Apprentice.


I asked David to speak on the topic of "Building a Remarkable Online Brand".


David will be sharing:

• How he established his own "brand name" at the age of 27 by self publishing a book (that he didn't even write)
  
• His own Mindmap blueprint for building a successful online business.
  
• How he took a 2 simple topics like "travel" and "greeting cards" and turned them into successful online enterprises
  
• His step by step strategy for creating brand recognition online.
  
• How he connects with other online industry exerts and builds joint venture partnerships with them to leverage his time.
  
• His own unique "outsourcing strategy"
  
• and more!
  

The other announcement is that after the Meetup that night, Bailey's Sports Grill has invited our Meetup group to come over after the Meetup for free food - pizzas and wings as well as refreshments.

So anyone who wants to join us for free food and fellowship afterward is welcome to do so. Should be a lot of fun!
